The Sales Administration Manager (Consultant Services) serves as primary liaison to support consultant requests for data. Manage all support functions for Consultant Relations Services.  Work with field team of Consultant Relations VPs to provide seamless service experiences for external consultants. 

Essential functions for this role include:

• Build and automate solutions that align to consultant community to meet their data needs and help to strengthen relationships


• Provide accurate and timely response to consultant data request for RFIs and RFDs


• Automate common consultant data requests


• Serve as champion for Consultant Access website to include development, testing, and implementation of features of platform:
  
  
  
  • Onboard new and existing consultants
  
  
  • Manage usage, effectiveness and efficiency of the Consultant Access website and information provided
  
  
  
  


• Provide ongoing updates to CRM system to keep all internal parties informed of all consultant data requests


• Attend regular meetings for Consultant Relations team meeting to provide updates on key current workflow items


• Collaborate with various sales teams to enhance data available to consultants


• Work with consultant services sales analyst


• Provide oversight and assistance for consultant site visits as needed


• Other duties not outlined above as required

If you have the following credentials, we encourage you to apply:

• 5+ years’ related experience in the financial services industry, particularly with defined contribution plans.


• Salesforce and/or CRM experience, preferred


• Experience with database and spreadsheet functions


• Advanced Experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint


• Experience with MS PowerBI, preferred


• Experience with querying relational databases via SQL and/or MS Access.


• A proactive and highly motivated self-starter


• Detail oriented and strong experience in effectively managing multiple tasks and projects


• Able to effectively work with and motivate additional departments throughout an organization.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain excellent relations with other departments.


• Demonstrated history of effectively managing multiple projects through to completion.
