We are seeking a Supply Coordinator to:


  • Join our teams in the Ophtalmology/Eye Clinics at University Station, Deming Way and East Clinics.

  • Stock exam rooms, order supplies and maintain inventory

  • Be a liaison between clinical staff/providers, equipment representatives and central supply

  • Coordinate preventive maintenance on equipment and schedule repairs as needed.

Education:

Minimum – High school graduate or equivalent.

Work Experience:

Minimum – One (1) year Inventory Control experience or relevant work in a healthcare environment.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:


  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with individuals under stress.

  • Strong computer skills including word processing, email, calendar, data base, and department specific software.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Strong Interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Physical Requirements:

Medium: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Work Schedule: 80% FTE, 32 hours per week. Scheduled shifts are Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
