Job Description

Under the direction of the Guest Relations Supervisor and through collaborative teamwork, engages in project work, provides technical, and support services at for the Guest Relations department. Will be helping to check in patients and/or current employees who come into the facility.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required:

• Current enrollment in college program, progressing to completion of undergraduate degree.


• Ability to plan, organize, analyze, and coordinate data/information and activities.


• Ability to function independently and exhibit initiative in the completion of tasks. Knowledge and skill in using personal computer including spreadsheet, word processing, database, and presentation graphic software.


• Ability to research policies and procedures, search and gather information and summarize essential information and data.


• Good oral, written and verbal community skills.


• Ability to exercise independent judgment, prioritize works tasks, and deal with issues with tact and confidentiality.
