Qualifications and Skills:

6+ years of QA Engineering and QA automation experience
3+ years leading software testing efforts
2+ Years working in DevOps and/or Agile environment
Hands-on QA experience including testing automation. Deep knowledge of automation best practices and industry trends.
Strong attention to detail and quality, and the ability to direct the team to adopt best practices.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes and maintain high team morale and efficiency.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams to address their needs, motivate them throughout the project, and identify opportunities to add their own support directly when needed.
Ability to provide oversight and analysis of work estimates and defend and articulate work efforts.
Ability to coordinate training sessions for team members.
Able to work in a fast-paced, technical environment with minimal oversight and in a professional manner.
Staying on top of the cutting-edge testing techniques and trends, implementing the technologies and ensuring higher quality products on projects.

Preferred skills:
Experience with security and/or vulnerability management tools
Experience with Jenkin, PyTest, Robot or related tools
Professional experience working on public cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP
