RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating and maintaining key data elements to ensure accurate output
Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining master records for Tennant North America customers
Investigating and interpreting information using a variety of internal and external sources
Managing multiple priorities
Act as a resource for incoming team members
Demonstrate excellent customer service to internal and external customers via phone, fax and email interactions
Act as a liaison to other departments on behalf of the team
Ensure the highest level of data quality, integrity and service
Support developing and improving master data management to increase operational efficiency and strengthen data governance
Various projects as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent plus two years' experience in a customer contact environment
Previous data entry and/or customer support experience preferred
Previous experience running and reviewing reports preferred
SAP experience preferred
Basic Excel
