CareerSafe is seeking an Outside Sales
Representative to build and manage our Northern Florida, Georgia, and Alabama
accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:

·
Build and manage relationships with the district- and
school-level administrators and educators in the secondary and post-secondary
markets to increase young worker safety awareness and drive safety training
product sales.

·
Generate sales growth by utilizing a variety of
outreach delivery methods, including in-person meetings, sales presentations, daily phone calls, emails, and web-based
meetings.

·
Provide high touch customer service to your existing
accounts through celebrations, individualized reports, and regular follow-up

·
Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to
develop and deliver high-impact targeted marketing campaigns and materials
specific to your accounts.

·
Attend, exhibit and present at state, regional, and
national conferences and trade shows to increase brand awareness and generate
new leads.

·
Utilize an enterprise-level Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) database to grow and maintain your list of Accounts and
Contacts, log daily outreach activities, map out strategic travel plans,
deliver sales quotes, and generate custom reports.

·
Participate in and contribute to sales team meetings,
training, and planning sessions on a regular basis.

·
Provide sales assistance outside your account list
when necessary

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

·
2+ years outside business to business sales
experience.

·
Proficiency with computers, email, and standard
Microsoft Office software.

·
Entrepreneurial mind-set with excellent time
management skills and a high degree of self-discipline.

·
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.

·
Confident, outgoing, and friendly while maintaining a
professional demeanor.

·
Excellent verbal and written communication and
presentation skills.

·
Flexibility in the schedule; willingness and ability
to work outside of "normal" business hours when necessary.

·
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and
willingness and ability to travel; frequent (at least 45%) travel is a
requirement of this position.

Preferred Skills:

·
Experience using Salesforce.com or similar customer
relationship management database tools.

·
Background in sales, training/education field, and/or
OSHA or other safety-related fields.

Education: Bachelor's degree
in Business, Education, or other relevant fields

Location: Alabama,
Northern Florida, or Georgia

Physical Demands: The physical demands listed below are required
to perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations can

This position requires constant operation of a computer. The worker is
required to have a close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing
data and figures.

Employees must be able to frequently communicate and exchange accurate
information with internal and external clients. The position requires occasional
lifting of boxes up to 40 pounds.

The position
requires regular travel to schools and events across the U.S.

Compensation: Base salary of $45,000 annually plus uncapped
commission
