Job Description:

We are seeking an AdWords Campaign Analyst to join our
CareerSafe Sales Team. This position
provides marketing services and support through development and management of online
marketing content.

Primary Responsibilities:

·
Develops and implements marketing strategies to
attract customers to the CareerSafe website, online presence and promotes
online products.

·
Assists organization in identifying appropriate social
media channels for their specific business needs, and tailor campaigns to the
target audience.

·Tracks performance of various online advertising initiatives and develops/implements changes to improve business results.

·
Collects and analyzes online statistics,
including SEO and Google Analytics, and identifies areas to optimize online
marketing performance.

·
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend
and performance based on the online advertising insights.

·
Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations
around website optimization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· 2-4 years of relevant online advertisement
experience.

·
Knowledge in developing and managing digital
marketing campaigns.

·
Experience with social media platforms,
primarily Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

·
Excellent communication skills.

·
Attention to detail and the ability to
effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.

·
Demonstrable experience leading and managing
SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising
campaigns.

·
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google
AdWords campaigns.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual
Communications, Communications or related field.

Work Environment: This job operates in a well-lit and
temperature-controlled office environment. There will be standard office
equipment such as phones, computers, photocopiers, and filing cabinets in this
role.

An employee in this role must remain in a stationary
position 75% of the time and will occasionally need to move about inside the
office to access file cabinets and office machinery. This position requires

Compensation: $55,000-65,000 + commission

Location: Remote in Texas
