6 month w2 contract

Duties:

• Passage viruses to support the commercial surveillance activities.


• Perform all work in compliance with all GMP and EH&S policies/practices.


• Maintain current safety and policy training.


• Responsible for the design and execution of experiments to Support the Virology team Seed Innovation Activities.


• Maintains lab notebook and all records in compliance with company policy.

Skills:

Cell Culture experience is a MUST. Work with infectious agents, Flow Cytometery, qRT-PCR, NGS sample prep, cell transfection, Highly oganized, viral limiting dilutions, DNA/RNA purification. Viral and/or protein purification. SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, PCR and molecular cloning



Education:BS with industrial experience or MS
