POSITION TITLE

SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead

POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the HRIS Director, the SuccessFactors Employee Central lead will be part of the HR Information Services (HRIS) Team which is responsible for delivering and supporting HR systems in support of business objectives including digital transformation.

The position is in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

The position is an experienced level non-supervisory role responsible for administering the company's global core HR system. The position works in a team environment to analyze and implement new processes and functionality using SAP and SuccessFactors technology. In the near term, this role serves as subject matter expert on a project team transitioning from an on-premise to a cloud-based human capital management system, with the goal to optimize and automate global HR processes using leading best practices. Once the cloud-based system is deployed as the new source of truth for employee data, the role will continue to perform lead administration of the new core HR system going forward, and support the strategy to expand the cloud-based offering in other HR areas.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • This technical role will lead the system administration responsibilities for the company's core HR system, including support of integrations, data conversion, reporting and establishing/maintaining of role-based security permissions.

  • The work focuses on configuring and testing HR systems that are integrated with HR business processes; building reports; configuring individual modules, designing, and developing aspects of data conversion.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving testing issues.

  • Training and supporting end users.

  • Responsibilities may include managing large projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision.

  • This role must be technologically adept and be able to work with multiple systems.

  • Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

  • This position will engage with various Human Resources stakeholders and with all levels and groups within the organization.

  • The position will collaborate with Human Resources, Compensation, Development & Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, Information Services, Finance, and other special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED


  • Configuration and/or implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, HR, or related field

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting core human capital management systems

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data

  • Solid depth in HRIS employee data management

  • Highly technically oriented

  • Extremely organized and efficient in work process

  • Self-motivated, team player, pro-active, works with minimal supervision

  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment

  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access

The successful candidate will have strengths in the following:


  • Employee-Central Professional Accreditation

  • Experience with SAP HCM on-premise

  • Experience with busines process modeling or optimization

  • Advance knowledge of the People Analytics tool
