Treasury Manager, CMF - VP

In this role you be responsible for the group's day-to-day treasury operations functions, including funding, settlement, interest and fees, reconciliation and reporting; ensuring that assigned departmental functions, policies and procedures are followed and in keeping with overall goals of the Corporate Mortgage Finance Group.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Responsible for managing the assigned functional operating areas of the Corporate Mortgage Finance Group, including resolving customer issues, creating, implementing and maintaining programs and processes to support growth and effectiveness of the group


• Departmental oversight for operational policy, manuals and procedures. Regularly review and enhance internal methods to maximize efficiency and monitor risk


• Maintaining overall quality and timeliness of work for all assigned operational areas


• Partnering with CMF Operations Manager and other internal teams to ensure cross-department operational processes address risk and execute as expected

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA, BS, BBA, etc.) from four-year college or university


• Minimum of seven (7) years of Bank Operations experience, three (3) years of management


• Specialized knowledge in Mortgage Warehouse Lending


• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to details


• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
