We have an opportunity for a Product Manager - Pool Lighting to join our Pool and Spa team. You will refine and optimize the overall product strategy for Pentair's portfolio of Pool Lighting products by owning the product roadmap and delivery of roadmap items for the Pool lighting category

You will:

• Serve as subject matter expert for Pool Lighting, supporting the Sales team to drive customer adoption and market penetration of Pool Lighting products.


• Identify product enhancements using data, stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, voice-of-the-customer research and industry trends.


• Collaborate with all functional areas (sales, marketing, engineering and manufacturing operations) to deliver exceptional product line growth.


• Use quantitative and qualitative data to drive product innovation and optimize prioritization of the Pool Lighting product roadmap.


• Partner with design and engineering teams to ideate on how to best solve problems, while also managing the execution of all Pool Lighting initiatives from discovery, to development and deployment, through post-launch.

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years working experience as a Product Manager creating and maintaining product roadmaps.


• 3+ years of experience in lighting and with LED or semiconductor technologies.


• BA/BS degree required


• Experience collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver products and features.


• Experience analyzing and evaluating the success metrics of products and features.


• Ability to travel up to 30% (more if not located in Apex, NC)
