Shore United Bank is looking for an Electronic Banking Representative 1 to join our team. The Electronic Banking Representative 1 is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the electronic banking operations function. Additional responsibilities are as follows:
Essential Functions
Process ATM card orders and prepare necessary documentation to ensure that the card is properly routed.
Maintain accurate records on ATM cards; research record keeping errors and facilitate corrections.
Coordinate balancing of Switch reports, communication with management and with data processing, etc.
Assist with processing of various customer ACH transactions that are electronically received.
Assist with the approving of pending account additions to customer's online banking profiles.
Approve online banking applications after appropriate training.
Respond and fulfill customers messages in online banking. Resolve customer questions/issues and unlock customer's online banking profiles as needed.
Assist with uncomplicated Online Banking bill pay issues for customers.
Enter wires into DirectLine Wires (domestic & international) after appropriate training.
Prove Directline Wires at end of day coordinating balancing with the Finance Department.
Enter wires into M & T Treasury Center for international transmission after appropriate training. Pull daily wire detail report from M&T for incoming wires.
Accountable for assigned reports from within Online Banking; of which the following are illustrative:
ACH calendars- coordinating with Originator for receipt of ACH file.
Unusual log in report
Transactions Activity Report
Import Error Report
Other reports as they come
Process ACH returns and NOC's via Federal Reserve
Learn basics of Yellowhammer Fraud Detective, working EFT entries.
Assist and perform job duties as new products and processes are added.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time non-exempt position, Monday through Friday.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Prior experience in a customer service or clerical role
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of bank policies and procedures
Knowledge of bank products and services
Proficient computer skills; specifically, Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentially with customer information
Ability to manage multiple priorities daily
