Performs various administrative functions for multiple departments within the organization. Ability to act independently, with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Performs administration activities that include answering phones and greeting visitors and contractors.
Assist the team with special projects & provide backup/support services as needed.
Assists all areas of the Human Resources and Sales departments with a variety of administrative functions.
Assists and coordinates activities with Japanese Partners.
Computer knowledge required with a strong emphasis on preparation of Microsoft Office spreadsheets, presentation documents and data entry.
May coordinate meetings and arrange appointments.
May help create and update Standard Operating Procedures.
Coordinate all uniform ordering for new hires and uniform changes for all employees.
Complies with all NSK and NSK-AKS policies and procedures.
Qualifications
This job requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent and prefers 2-4 years of position-related experience.
