The Program Manager, GTM Strategy & Creative Content will oversee and accelerate the process of bringing products to market through strategic planning, developing and delivering sales ready training and enablement content. This person will partner with internal GTM leaders (PM, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales) to deliver critical content, tools and programs for pipeline generation and velocity such as value messaging, buyer resources, seller tools, internal event content, creative comms...etc. This person will apply a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape, and overall industry trends to create high quality messaging and sales positioning resources that support the buying process end-to-end. Candidates for this role will apply creativity and acute attention to detail to create high quality, sales ready content and programs. This person will oversee the integration of all GTM content/material with Sales Enablement strategy and curriculum, including delivery to pertinent customer-facing teams, measurement of success and regular content updates.

Responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain sales enablement content to accelerate velocity and develop strong GTM culture e.g. pitch decks, value framework, product playbooks, PG scripts, creative production for major events, executive communications...etc.

  • Main point of contact with internal teams for product and solution launch strategy and enablement for customer-facing teams.

  • Work closely with leadership and sales training teams to drive sales readiness and productivity.

  • Work with our research and PR/AR teams to understand market trends and develop deep industry expertise to inform our positioning.

  • Partner with regional marketing to ensure the global sales organization is supported with localized materials and messaging.

  • Apply creative content design principles to develop enablement experiences that inspire team members, increase retention, and drive sustained behavioral change.

  • Support the configuration and administration of e-learning modules.

  • Develop and oversee creative avenuse to support deal velocity at scale.

Required Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Creative Content or Product Marketing

  • SaaS product marketing and sales enablement experience preferred

  • Expert story teller and end-to-end creative content producer

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to translate concepts, summarize and communicate complex ideas, and clearly articulate business value with a good sense of how sales professionals think, operate, and absorb information

  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)

  • Highly innovative and analytical with exceptional problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality

  • Adaptable and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change

  • Ability to initiate and develop relationships with people with openness, empathy and positivity

  • Resourceful with exceptional ability to execute with little supervision
