Job Description

The Nemours Health system is currently seeking a Research Compliance Program Manager to be based out of our location in Delaware or Florida.

The Research Compliance Manager is responsible for planning, implementation, oversight and evaluation of the Nemours research compliance program to ensure all research activities are compliant with internal research policies and applicable federal, state, and local research regulations. The Research Compliance Manager is responsible for developing a culture of regulatory compliance through training, education, strategic risk assessments, study auditing and monitoring, and collaborations within Nemours and its affiliates. The position is responsible for evaluating and interpreting policies, providing ongoing guidance, and interpretation of research related compliance information and risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree plus 10 - 15 years of progressive healthcare policy management responsibility in lieu of advanced degree.
• Must have valid compliance certification: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC)
