Job Title: Technical SpecialistJob Location: 1120 Sanctuary Parkway, Alpharetta, GA30004Job Code: 5022753Position Description: Provide expertise in the support and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Provide technology assistance and coordination with business teams, ensuring that all technical activities are aligned with the business goals and timelines. Work closely with the business analysts and HR business teams to gather requirements for reports, interfaces, extensions, and integrations. Develop functional and technical design and documentation for Oracle applications dependent data conversions, interfaces, custom reporting, and custom applications including use of documented revision control. Open, manage, and resolve Oracle service requests with Oracle Support. Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of conversions, modifications/customizations and interfaces to/from Oracle's suite of business applications. Drive the resolution and troubleshooting of issues during development and post-production support. Design, document, and perform unit testing to validate product functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, or related field followed by eight (8) years of progressive experience in the job offered or related application development role.

Skills


  • Experience and/or education must include:

  • Oracle SQL and PLSQL;

  • Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS;

  • Oracle HCM Cloud applications;

  • Product personalization, data integration, data conversion, and reports development; and

  • Oracle HCM Cloud advanced tools including HCM Extracts, HDL, PBL, BI Publisher, Application Security, Fast Formula, Page Composer, Page Configurator, REST APIs, SOAP, and Webservices.
