Team Assembler I

Purpose:
Perform basic packaging and shipping functions to include basic machine and
equipment operation to fabricate parts for assembly and sub-assembly.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-- Perform basic manufacturing assembly, sub-assembly and packaging duties to
assemble/ship select medical devices such as electrodes, ground pads, etc,
following company policies and procedures.
-- Operate machine set up by another with defined adjustments and notify
supervisor of any problems.
-- Load/unload parts and cut/trim parts using established procedures and tools.
-- Inspect parts - visual and using basic gages (go/no go).
-- Complete required paperwork to include preparing labels, maintaining
production logs, recording process results, etc.
-- Sustains and maintains 5s standards and all continuous improvement activities.
-- Materials handling as needed to support cell.
-- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
