Role Responsibilities:

• Manages the delivery of information technology services or leads key organizational processes to meet business needs including identify, qualify, recommend, and supports solutions using external vendors and internal partners.


• Manages the relationship and supervises performance of information technology vendors contracted for the delivery of outsourced services; including assessing performance, establishing, monitoring service level agreements.


• Oversees large vendor relationships, manages complex processes, and solves complex and high impact IT processes and support problems.


• May create, improve, and test information technology solutions including business applications, infrastructure services, and company web pages.


• Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured IT requirements.

Specifically, in this role you will:

• Provide technical expertise and leadership to manage our technology footprint.


• Collaborate with other organizations, providing analysis and troubleshooting


• Plan, recommend and manage service financials and software/hardware lifecycle


• Define and deliver training to the teams using our tools


• Define strategy and requirements, lead proof-of-concepts, and production rollouts of new versions and technologies


• Capture and present case studies and strategies


• Oversee contract engineers as needed, propose staffing requirements


• Own and manage the Network Performance Monitoring project portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.


• 8+ years of experience needed for entry to this role; 4+ years of similar experience highly desired


• Preferred experience in Networks, Network Performance Monitoring, AWS.


• Demonstrated success in leadership roles and deep technical analysis in complex environments.


• Demonstrated excellence in distilling complex subjects into presentations for non-technical or executive audiences.


• Demonstrated ability to work productively and independently in an office or remote/home situation.
