Tostrengthen our Finance, Planning & Accounting team based inAtlanta, Georgia,we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: O2CAnalyst.

As the O2C Analyst, you will report to the Head of Receivables and Credit Management US supporting the Account Receivables team. This individual willassist withthe financial health of UCB working with various internal and external stakeholders as well as completing financial reporting and numerous other tasks within Finance.

You like to work in anenvironmentwhere you can:


  • Develop, design and implement dashboard reporting to external stakeholders and UCB management on deductions, customer performance, and internal metrics such as returns reports and exception reports on customer behavior, etc.

  • Research and reconcile the complex deductions (non-standard) and resolve with customer.

  • Perform approved accounts receivable adjusting entries (credit memos) to include, but not limited to: returns, chargebacks, rebates, shortages, damages, pricing/invoice corrections, recalls, and customer complaints.

  • Analyze deductions process for integrity, compliance and financial feasibility.

You willcontributeby:


  • Appraising, monitoring and reconciling customer accounts for pricing variances, and resolvingany variances or disputes, including unauthorized deductions.

  • Scrutinizing all cash discounts, damages, and shortages within a 5 day period and resolve in a method that is compliant with UCB's policies.

  • Driving the reduction of automatic deductions by wholesalers with the goal of reaching a "zero tolerance" level.

  • Assisting Sr. Analyst, Government and Reimbursement in identifying data elements required to ensure government regulatory compliance. Validating system compliance with requirements to support the accurate reporting of AMP and BP.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Associate's Degree.

  • 5 + years of demonstrated success in financial analysis

  • 3 +years Accounts Receivable experience

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 3 -5 yearsDeduction, Credit Management and AR experience


  • Data Analysis to resolve current issues and ability to trend data for possible future risks


  • 5+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
