OurCountry Manager, Site Services is a U.S. based position, with the responsibility for covering ThreeWire's services throughout Latin America. Along with identifying Clinical Research Sites for future services and maintaining services currently in-place, this position will be responsible for the interviewing and daily oversite of patient enrollment staff. In this role, you will work closely with the sponsor's study team, internal program team, research study sites, andThreeWirerepresentatives to ensure successful clinical trial recruitment and retention. Most of communication is done remotely through phone and email, therefore strong oral and written communication are essential. Internally, this position is call a Site Services Specialist.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience as a Research Coordinator, regulatory, patient recruitment, or other similar experience within the clinical research industry is required.


• Experience with sales within the healthcare industry is an advantage.


• Excellent problem solving, planning, organizational, reporting and management skills with the ability to utilize current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks under limited direction while generating quality deliverables


• Willing to take initiative and think innovative for continuous improvement of ThreeWire services


• Excellent written and oral communication skills, in Spanish and English, is required


• Excellent organizational skills


• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with changing deadlines


• Team player with excellent people skills


• Strong customer focus


• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work closely with research staff to assess sites' needs and identify opportunities to provide ThreeWire services


• Responsible for performance of field staff and oversee execution of site-based recruitment plan


• Interview, hire, and train field staff.


• Follow up with Study Site Team regarding current initiatives and offer alternative services/solutions where applicable.


• Provide overall support to ensure program success (weekly client and site updates).


• Reporting program results to Program Managers.


• Manage invoices, forward for approval


• Updating Site Status Tracker and reporting program results to Program Manager.


• Assist in presenting status reports to clients/sites and ThreeWire management.
