Trimble Railcombines the latest in sensors and monitoring technologies with customized software and wireless communications to quickly and accurately capture the data needed to maintain and construct rail infrastructure or to manage rail transport assets. We are creating state of the art vision systems for Automated Train inspections. Working with analytics, AI, and Machine Learning, this role gives the opportunity to join a great collaborative environment. This position requires a mix of business and technical knowledge of the comon acts as an integral role in the conception, planning and execution of projects. Assist senior management in defining project scope, objectives and deliverables. Connect to customers and gather information needed for the design team. Understand the end to end project plan along with internal and external dependenciespany and its products. Manage internal cross departmental dependencies for a smooth successful execution of the project. Provide updates on the project status to finance, GM and division head as well as upon request to other team members.

THIS IS A CONTRACT TO HIRE POSITION.

Measures of Success:

• Formulate and define project scope and objectives with internal meetings and customer communications




• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and crisis and devise contingency plans




• Create project plans based on the key milestones




• Communicate expectations in accordance with project plans




• Ensure project milestone progresses are on schedule




• Communicate regularly with management regarding the status of current projects




• Define needs, develop and lead cross-functional teams as required by projects




• Organize and lead regularly scheduled project meetings to plan and identify required actions for timely project completion




• Establish standards and procedures for internal and external reporting and documentation




• Prepare and provide necessary project documentation to customers




• Responds to customers inquiries related to the projects




• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
