Location: Columbia, Maryland
The Documentation and Asset manager is responsible creating, documenting, and managing document deliverables and asset tracking for an Enterprise Unified Communications and Contact Center solution. The role will evolve as the project moves from Day 1 implementation and Transition into Day 2 managed services. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with internal team to develop the required processes and for ensuring that the customer is provided with project documents that are accurate and timely.
Proven working experience in managing technical resources in a telecommunications environment
