ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


The Documentation and Asset manager is responsible creating, documenting, and managing document deliverables and asset tracking for an Enterprise Unified Communications and Contact Center solution. The role will evolve as the project moves from Day 1 implementation and Transition into Day 2 managed services. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with internal team to develop the required processes and for ensuring that the customer is provided with project documents that are accurate and timely.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develop and manage asset tracking processes

  • Assist in development of processes to support site migration documentation requirements

  • Provide required documents based on project schedule

  • Ensure accuracy of document deliverables

  • Adhere to customer requirements for documentation formats and change control processes

  • Maintain integrity of asset tracking

  • Build relationships with other internal teams

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Work with Project team to perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS


EXPERIENCE

Proven working experience in managing technical resources in a telecommunications environment

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES


  • Experience is asset tracking methodologies

  • Experience in large scale enterprise telecommunication solutions

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

  • Basic knowledge of Avaya Aura Solutions in a SIP environment a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Must be capable of obtaining Level 2 Public Trust Clearance

Education


Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
