Early Childhood Lead Teacher: (Toddlers)

On a daily basis, our Early Childhood Specialists coordinate classroom activities, supervise and engage with children, facilitate play, communicate effectively with staff and families--all while ensuring the highest level of safety and inclusiveness. Through effective, proven teaching methods, our Early Childhood Specialists assist children in gaining independence and social skills, meeting developmental milestones, and creating strong foundations for school success.

Full-time; 40 hours per week (M-F 9-6); occasional evening.

Job Requirements (include but are not limited to the following):

• Bachelor’s degree (in early childhood education, education or other human services field preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 36 credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education or early childhood special education preferred. Applicants without a Bachelor’s degree may be considered.


• Preference given to those with experience or skills in behavior management



• Minimum of 6 months experience in early childhood education.



• At least 19 years of age.
