Position Objective
Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for aRegional Prod.Solutions Consultant!
The Regional Production Solutions Consultant (RPSC) is the region subject matter expert relative to the production print and solutions strategies within the Direct division on the more complex and larger accounts. The RPSC is a dedicated pre-sales professional committed to optimizing customer's production print business processes and strategies based on business requirements. The role works with sales management and service staff and will support the region with more complex production print accounts.
Essential Job Functions
Responsible to meet or excee assigned production print revenue targets.
Actively participate in pre-sales strategy development for more complex and larger accounts.
Collaborates, maintains, and manages individual sales activities and opportunities in the CRM Management System.
Works directly with Sales Management, Market Director of Professional Services, and Engagement team members to promote production print/solutions, driven by key performance indicators and KMBS defined processes.
Responsible for pre-sale technical discovery, business process analysis, and development of customized production print solutions to fit a client's requirements.
Participates in ongoing account review sessions as part of the account team.
Engages professional services resources to assist in creating and/or developing proposals, engagement letters, site surveys, statements of services (SOS), and integration projects where appropriate.
Maintains educational training standards and certification levels in line with job requirements and advancement development plans.
Learning and demonstrating the benefits of all KMBS production print products, Wide Format, and 3D service and solutions for clients.
Deliver customer support and training as part of the Production Print Solutions Consultant's sales efforts.
Develop and monitor the Production Solutions Consultant.
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
Willingness to travel within the region
Working knowledge of project management processes
Capable of multitasking within a fast-paced demanding environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and access to reliable and presentable transportation
Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications
Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field
3-5 years relevant production print/solutions sales support experience
Strong working knowledge of industry production print hardware, services and solutions offering.
Documented history of meeting and exceeding quotas.
Successful record of time management and organizational discipline.
