We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager located in our Lilburn, GA branch.



Responsibilities


  • All aspects of the administration and installation of large or specialty construction projects in the local service area

  • Supervising Field Personnel

  • Managing Sub-contractors

  • Overseeing Projects through warranty period

  • Implementing projects while reporting weekly/monthly billing

  • assisting with collecting receivables

  • Building relationships with architects, vendors and clientele

  • Coordinates with operations and Production Managers

  • Scheduling manpower and equipment resources



Qualifications


  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • Effective communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Construction background or experience

  • Strong work ethic
