Overview
The Therapist is a member of the program's clinical team. The Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy, conducts assessments, and works in collaboration with multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop treatment plans and conduct utilization reviews. The Therapist is primarily responsible for the therapeutic needs and continuum of the clinical care for the youth in accordance with Agency policies and procedures, licensing standards, and federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. Upbring is classified as an essential business by the state because the services we provide are critical to the wellbeing of thousands of children and families.
