The Manager, Partnership Operations is at the intersection of content, distribution, strategy, and account management. You will manage the day-to-day operation and performance of Scripps Networks digital channels, apps and touchpoints, developing data-led strategies that promote the long-term value of the digital audience. You will be the main point of contact for key accounts and work to align internal resources to increase viewership across connected TV, web and mobile touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance of key accounts and partnerships, interpreting reports and providing analysis of trends




• Develop data-driven strategies to optimize performance and boost viewership, engagement, and subscribers




• Serve as the main conduit of information between partner contacts and internal stakeholder/functions, managing the relationship to success




• Project manage onboarding/integrations with new/existing partners or platforms




• Coordinate with members of distribution, sales, product, programming and marketing teams to optimize performance of relationship




• Identify and solve issues with video streams, EPG, channel listings, and programmatic monetization




• Serve as expert in available tools and digital technology to solve business problems




• Collect specs and requirements for partner integrations, work with internal teams or external providers to meet those specs and ensure on-time delivery




• Ensure integrations meets requirements for legal compliance including data security and accessibility

• BS or BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field




• Must have experience building and growing tight relationships with clients and agency partners. Ability to manage relationships is key to this role




• Experience with digital video distribution and monetization, especially programmatic advertising, is required
