Senior Supply/Fulfillment Planner (Morrisville, NC). Plan, manage & control product supply from forecast/demand to plant output to support commercial, financial & operational plans. Work w/business unit leadership to translate commercial product supply objectives into executable plans for mfg. Work w/mfg sites to develop adaptive & scalable supply fulfillment model to anticipate future req’ments. Manage global demand & supply to minimize back orders, optimize inventories & achieve customer service targets. Drive S&OP (sales & operations planning) supply review w/site leads. Connect business unit stated demand w/mfg capacity/build plans & total revenue plan. Manage exceptional demand/sales opportunities w/mfg plants to maximize revenue. Communicate w/ SBUs/regions on supply issues & mfg plans. Anticipate & resolve supply constraints to ensure supply continuity, working w/planning team to analyze global material flow to optimize supply chain. Provide guidance & support on site mfg transfers & initiatives to support sales strategies. Required: Bach. degree in Operations Research or related technical field (US or FDE) & 3 yrs mfg industry exp to include impact of differing elements of mfg process on service levels; 3 yrs exp w/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; 2 yrs exp in global supply chain networks & supply process, incl global distribution through a distribution ctr network & direct to customers; 2 yrs int’l exp working cross borders & cross function; 1 yr exp leading projects throughout a wide function/region. 20% travel (domestic and international).
