Weston & Sampson is currently seeking a Project Manager with 8-12 years of experience to work with our Water group. This position will be located in either our Boston, Foxboro or Reading, Massachusetts office locations.



What you'll do:

• Overseeing and assisting project teams with preparing site civil, land development, permitting, water treatment, and water utility designs including preparation of plans and specifications for permitting and construction
• Overseeing and assisting project teams with preparing water engineering studies, field evaluations and assessment of existing and newly constructed water systems and facilities
• Familiar with water system planning, design and construction administration for water supply, treatment and distribution systems
• Must have experience in dealing with multiple projects and clients along with managing technical, budgetary and client aspects of projects.
• Mentoring staff and project business development is key
• Participate in professional organizations and technical committees

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
• PE license in New England state is required; PE license in Massachusetts (preferred)
• 8 plus years of relevant experience working in an engineering and/or project management role
• Experience in managing multiple projects and clients, along with the associated administrative, budgetary, and financial tracking elements of projects
• Highly effective with written and verbal communication, including public presentations
• Adept at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, team leadership, and mentoring
• Possesses high ethical standards, committed to producing high quality work, with a commitment to teamwork, respect and integrity
• Experience with AutoCAD,Civil 3D, GIS, REVIT (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
