Weston & Sampson is seeking a QA/QC professional with 15+ years of experience in any of our Weston & Sampson offices to lead and be ultimately responsible for the implementation of a Quality Assurance and Quality Control program. This candidate will have general knowledge of construction, contracts, bidding laws, and specification writing.





What you'll do:

• Setting quality assurance and quality control guidelines, procedures, and policies; provide training to technical staff on procedures and policies
• Assist the Risk Manager in developing and implementing a risk-based assurance program
• Identify and analyze business data to identify themes, trends, and effective solutions for ensuring project QA/QC
• Work in conjunction with the business and technical leadership team to ensure a consistent and methodical approach to QA/QC company wide
• Performing technical/quality assurance and constructability reviews
• Overseeing a staff of individuals that are discipline-based quality assurance reviewers
• Updating technical and "front-end" standard specifications

What you will bring:

• Bachelors/Masters in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience
• Knowledge of SpecsIntact software preferred
