The Manager - Incentives is responsible for development and management of the incentive's development process. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of discipline, tenancy, and accountability to achieve and secure the realization of the incentives across the project development life cycle.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Single owner of incentives along the development process: from early application, to approvals, invoicing and collection of payments
  • Support Market Intelligence group with the analysis of incentives on the different targeted markets.
  • Manage the application process for the different technologies and customer use cases.
  • Manage all individual project applications, supporting project construction, commissioning, and post commissioning performance reporting, securing the full applicability and return.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with utility representatives and incentive Program Administrators in all applicable Markets.
  • Create and analyze department metrics, data and reporting.

Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field
  • 2- 5 years in development, construction and/or integration of energy projects/renewables, with a strong preference for solar
  • Incentives program experience

Preferred


  • Masters Degree Preferred
  • Experience completing analysis and documentation for Qualified Facilities
