Our Business Analyst will pull reports related to our operational data and analyze the data to identify any problems, or potential opportunities for operational improvement. • Lead projects to define, develop, and implement new operational and clinical product features for the Musculoskeletal program


• Implement new features in the internal eviCore workflow design software (UPADS)


• Test, deploy, and maintain workflow.


• Execute both regular and ad hoc reporting on the performance of the MSK programs. SQL, Excel, and other reporting/analytics software may be used in the execution of this responsibility


• Analyze issues to find their root causes and brainstorm to construct data driven solutions


• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to deliver on business objectives.


• Participate as a member of the MSK Product team in defining and communicating the strategic plan for the MSK business. May own delivery of portions of the strategic plan.


• Apply analytical / quantitative approach to problem solving; know how to obtain and use data, and comfortable with statistical concepts.


• Facilitate, consult, and engage business partners in the design and definition of future state objectives that will meet or exceed overall strategic objectives and operational needs.


• Monitor and analyze data and trends to identify potential opportunities, needs, issues, and problems that could impact business results.


• Advise business of opportunities for process improvements in specific projects with focus on ROI and measurable benefits resulting in greater efficiencies and effectiveness

• 1-2 years experience working with MS Excel at an intermediate


• Basic Knowledge of SQL queries required


• Minimum High School degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.


• Experience in a musculoskeletal clinical environment is highly preferred - not required.


• Excellent speaking-listening-writing skills, with attention to details and audience


• A proactive self-starter


• Ability to develop new ideas and creative solution.


• Visio, Excel, SQL, Word, and PowerPoint experience
