JOB SUMMARY :

The Operations Performance Senior Analyst is primarily responsible for providing technical leadership and oversight in the support of the Whitestown Pharmacy. This position is responsible for the support, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other resources used for instructional functions.

Responsibilities are broken into three main functions. The first function is development coordination. This will include follow up with new hires and existing employees, coordination with the supervisory team, and ensuring compliance with onboarding, and accurate documentation. The second would be responsibility for organizing and maintaining employee records relating to required and assigned training for our team. The third function is maintaining and updating employee progress tracking, and reporting operations results. This person will also act as a liaison with other teams to accomplish our operations training goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :


  • Maintain procedures and policies using current technology to ensure the integrity of training documents are up to Pharmacy Standards and compliance. Orchestrate and document all training records for the Whitestown Pharmacy.

  • Executes tracking on our training programs, record keeping, procedures, and policy documentation to include annual training requirements.

  • Acts as an internal consultant by providing feedback and opportunities by analyzing data. Recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver and track training, and measure performance to meet organizational objectives. Recommend Process Improvements as identified.

  • Collaborate in an agile environment with departments outside of the Operations Team to provide expert consultation to business partners to design sustainable, effective training solutions. Act as a liaison to Whitestown Management by providing updates to Leadership on any newly identified opportunities.

  • Maintain a growth mindset, working to improve your own skills, competencies, and areas of expertise by demonstrating initiative. Provide basic troubleshooting for technical problems; investigates and seeks solutions to complex issues.

  • Creates and manages the overall on-boarding and training structure based on specifications from the trainers, management, and self-input. Continuous tracking of SOP revisions, deadlines for completion, and tracking individual employee status and organizational history.

  • Reviews and monitors on-boarding and training effectiveness. Update standardized tools and reporting as needed.

SCOPE OF JOB

The Operations Performance Senior Analyst will support Whitestown Operations Staff across 3 shifts.

They are responsible for ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely follow up with team Supervisors, Compliance for all regulatory requirements, and New Hire Onboarding responsibilities.

Experience and Professional Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree, or minimum of 3 years' experience as a training coordinator or in similar position with familiarity of course design and development

  • Coursework and/or Certifications relating to training management is preferred

  • High level of problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

  • General understanding of Regulatory Standards and expectations

  • Demonstrated experience using data informatics, dashboards, and reports


  • Comfortable presenting in a group setting. ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, Interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service


  • Experience in managing data electronically, managing multiple projects, and the ability to manage and meet deadlines

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Excel , Word, Power Point and Access
