Job Description:

The purpose of the Global Web Analyst is to manage a) the correct implementation of data-layer, GTM and analytics setup for all new country websites and mobile apps, as part of the Global Web & App Transformation Program, b) provide the web and app enhancement teams with analyses and test results to identify and perform optimizations and enhancements, and c) setup reporting on web and app performance for several internal audiences.

In this role you are operating in an international environment on a daily basis and are accountable for the proper tracking of key metrics of our digital touchpoints, working closely with our product team (that includes developers, UX and UI specialists), the local and regional marketing teams and our international/off-shored implementation partners.

Making an Impact
• In your role of Global Web Analyst you ensure all websites and mobile apps that are deployed in countries/regions have the correct standardized setup of data-layer, GTM and analytics tracking. In that role you are the owner of our Google and Sitecore Analytics properties and manage access and rights.
• You are part of the quarterly enhancement cycles, working closely with our Web and App product Squads where you pro-actively analyse the performance of our digital channels, identify optimization opportunities, and use data to create enhancement cases. Working closely with our UX Specialists to conduct A/B and user testing.
• You contribute to the writing of briefings that detail the optimizations and enhancements that will be developed by our internal and external resources, and are part of the testing team.
• You will work in the Web and App Squads, that are part of the Global Marketing Department and operate using the agile methodoligy with daily standups, Kanbans and Sprints
• With your work, you directly contribute to the performance of ManpowerGroup's key digital channels and the strengthening of our digital brands. Both are instrumental in driving business results by connecting candidates with the right job opportunities, and companies with the right talent and workforce solutions.

Sharing Expertise
• As Global Web Analyst you are able to manage multiple international implementations and optimizations in parallel, and guide/advice local web analysts.
• In your role you are able to combine a good understanding of ManpowerGroup's operating model, the recruiting/HR industry, modern analytics technology, preferably combined with experience with website and mobile app implemenations.

Your Typical Day
• Starts with the daily stand-up to align activities with the Web and App Squads and the implementation and enhancement Sprints at hand
• Several calls with local, global and vendor stakeholders to plan, check, coach, guide, support and report on tasks, risks, challenges, achievements and next steps.
• Some days focus on conducting analysis on the global websites, others on country properties or overall reporting. Most days will include virtual meetings with country teams to discuss metrics and optimization opportunities or support certain configurations, as well as working directly in your web/app team to identify, test and prepare enhancements.
• You will work on a daily basis with Google Analytics and Data Studio, Sitecore Analytics, SEMRush and Microsoft Teams (collaboration). On a frequent basis you will work with Sitecore (CMS), HubSpot (marketing automation), Miro and Adobe XD (prototyping).
• The international nature of the work allows for remote working with the flexibility to manage your day to best fit your availability in different timezones

Qualifications:

Required
• Have a proven track-record in web and app analytics: the implementation/configuration, analyses and advice to optimize performance and conversion, and reporting on key metrics and trends
• Certification in Google Analytics and Data Studio
• Have experience with CMS/Web Software, a basic knowledge of DevOps processes and a high-level understanding of system integrations
• Have a basic understanding and experience in Agile / Scrum working
• Have a passion for ManpowerGroup's purpose; Doing Well by Doing Good.

Nice to Have
• Experience in working in international teams, or teams with an international focus
• Experience in collaborating with offshore vendors
• Experience with Sitecore and HubSpot software
• Experience with Mobile App development, implementation and marketing
