CuraScript SD is seeking an experienced and highly motivated analyst to join its technology team. This role will be part of the implementation and ongoing support of the SAP S4/HANA cloud ERP solution.
Responsibilities:
Analyze new business processes and changes to existing functionalities, translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve issues
Effectively work with business and IT team to prioritize and plan implementation of changes
Expand and maintain update-to-date functional knowledge relating to SAP functionality and associated business processes
Log/track problem and development requests including message handling and dispatching, resolution tracking, and problem escalation
Ensure system changes (i.e. solution updates, WRICEF development, configurations) are properly tested
Conduct and lead workshops with business users to ideate and provide demo's/training on the new capabilities.
Functional SAP Experience:
Develops Excel Add-in Planning Views, usage of Web UI Apps for application configuration and analytics.
Acts as IBP Solution expert for designing, building, testing, deployment and production support as well as Supply Chain Planning process - Demand covering statistical forecasting, demand management, NPI, Promotions, ABC/XYZ segmentation, collaborative planning and constrained supply planning.
Working knowledge of CPI-DS for data integration with S4 HANA, TPM & BPC and non-SAP to IBP integration.
Knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC), Finance to Manage (FTM), and Procure to Pay (PTP) processes as they relate to IBP integrations
Supports and drives the application architecture in IBP, S/4 SCM and/or influences business process change
Core expertise in various SAP SCM areas such as inventory controlling, MRP (Material Requirement Planning), Purchasing process handling up to invoice control, PR/PO approval process, etc.
Experience in SAP IBP Upgrade testing and issue resolution as part of SAP Packages delivered
Strong integration knowledge among SD, MM, FI processes, master data
7+ years hands on experience in SAP SCM & Planning areas, and support of a live environment
5+ years of cumulative experience in supply chain area.
2+ years of experience in SAP IBP Sales and Operations Planning and CPI-DS, with S/4HANA experience strongly preferred.
Overall Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
7+ years of hands on experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
2+ years of configuration experience in S/4 HANA Cloud
3+ years of configuration experience in SAP ECC
Good business oral and written communication skills and a team player
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system supported solutions
Must work well both independently and in a team environment
Preparing detailed systems documentation, test scripts, best practices, and business process and procedures
Functional/technical proficiency with at least one full lifecycle SAP IBP implementations covering Demand Planning and Response & Supply modules.
Additional Qualifications
SAP S/4 Supply Chain / Logistic implementation experience preferred
Experience in supply chain management preferred
Experience in wholesale pharmaceutical distribution or life sciences preferred
Prior SAP implementation/upgrade experience and best practice knowledge preferred
Experienced with IBP, BW, CPI, SAP Activate, Testing, and Solution Manager
