Job Description

ISO is looking for a Government Relations Support Specialist to join the team in College Station, TX.


  • Handles inquiries from states and is initial repoint of contact for state-related issues identified by iiX.

  • Contacts state offices regarding iiX inquiries, including format changes and new services.

  • Acts as initial primary contact with third party vendors to ensure product delivery is consistent and timely.

  • Tests format changes by states, programmers and third parties as needed and ensures that data is properly coded and ready before transmission.

  • Maintains technical logs of program changes and reports to internal and external customers.

  • Maintains state contracts and bids and preliminarily handles renewals, payment notices and invoice issues.

  • Coordinates billing efforts between Accounting and state contacts.

  • Coordinate standard violation coding efforts and efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience required

  • Knowledgeof DPPA and FCRA in requirements

  • Exacting attention to detail

  • Personable in establishing relationships with state offices

  • Ability to coordinate work of States and Development to identify problems and seek resolutions

  • Advanced organizational skills and ability to monitor and meet project deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
