Job Description:

Support Associate
Position Summary
The Support Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, both internally to Aspire employees and externally to clients, visitors, etc., and providing a variety of administrative duties to support Aspire Indiana Health.

Education/Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent degree required
Previous experience in a medical office setting highly preferred
Previous experience with insurance billing highly preferred
Strong ASL (American Sign Language) skills/experience a plus


Other Requirements

Must have strong data entry and computer skills, must be able to learn and/or operate relevant computer operating systems
Must have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Must have the ability to operate a variety of office equipment (fax machine, copier, scanner, etc.)
Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills and be flexible
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
Must have great attendance and work your scheduled hours (excludes approved FMLA)
