Field Operations and Panel Recruitment - USA Oldsmar, Florida 

Job Purpose: 

Responsible for processing and delivery of defined reports, quality support, and processes which ensure the accurate and timely delivery of data 

Job Responsibilities:

• Process defined reports, schedules, processes following and adhering to defined procedures, delivery schedules, and SLAs


• Be knowledgeable on defined procedures, delivery schedules and SLAs to ensure compliance and delivery with timeliness and accuracy


• Understand the relationship of assigned processes to both upstream and downstream processes to guarantee clean data is delivered eliminating the need for re-work from any  team 


• Ensure the quality of assigned work, utilizing current standards and through established data relationships and calculations


• Communicate openly with other Operations teams on issues, handoffs, etc. to ensure established deliverables are met


• Coordinate process or delivery handoffs with Operations teams to meet established deliverables; escalate issues appropriately


• Work to ensure that a true resolution is achieved for all performance incidents identified, creating a “root cause” culture


• Communicate and support offshore teams when need arises 


• Transfer process knowledge from one assignment to another with minimal to no training

Role Requirements 

• 3+ years of operations process experience


• 2 year college degree or 2+ years of comparable work experience


• Proven record of delivering quality results on time


• Logical thinking skills with capability to draw conclusions and convey or provide advice or consultation to business leaders


• The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively both verbally and in written communication


• Proficiency with use of Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office desktop tools


• Ability to use discretion and exercise good judgment in making decisions


• Experience with responding effectively to diverse individuals and promoting understanding and partnership among them


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others effectively 


• Ability to work with all levels of staff


• Ability to maintain composure and respond appropriately in stressful or crisis situations and effectively resolve conflicts


• Good understanding of current Nielsen business operations, products, and processes, including business uses and requirements preferred
