ABOUT THIS ROLE:



In this position employees will maintain control of documents associated with the Quality System as well as customer drawings/specifications. Employees will also perform clerical duties for the Quality Assurance department.



STATEMENT OF WORK:



•  Maintain seamless communication with customers and internal employees on work orders and customer certifications


•  Process job routers into Oracle / data entry of customer job specifications


•  Scan job router documents into Oracle as needed


•  Miscellaneous typing and clerical duties as assigned by Manager


•  Report any known quality problems to the applicable supervisor


•  Follow departmental procedures and work instructions as written and recommend improvements as necessary


•  Any other task/activity assigned by the supervisor within the scope of Company business


•  Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the Sealing Devices Quality System


 



WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:



Qualifications and Experience


·   High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.


·   Must have basic computer knowledge, reading, and typing skills. Oracle, Lotus Notes, Word, and Excel are preferred.


·   High degree of organization, alphanumerical order recognition, and the ability to multi-task


·   Good interpersonal skills

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED:



Through regular personal interaction with your manager and Sealing Devices Performance Management model.



WORK ENVIRONMENT



Commitment of 40 hours per work. The job operates in a professional office environment.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
