POSITION SUMMARY

IDL has immediate opportunitiesfor Part-Time Assembly Line Team Members working in our Packaging Department, located in East Butler, PA. As an Assembly Line Team Member, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties in a light-industrial warehouse atmosphere to help achieve one common goal.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.


• 1+ years of previous warehouse experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Ability to work with and influence peers and management.


• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.


• Possess a mechanical aptitude; ability to use a large variety of hand tools and basic knowledge of power tools.


• Ability to work overtime as necessary.

PHYSICAL ASPECTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk, hear and see.


• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds.


• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.


• Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold & heat, risk of electrical shock, and toxic or caustic chemicals.

WORK SCHEDULE / PAY RATE:

The Assembly Line role with IDL, located in East Butler, PA, is a part-time role, working an average of 30 hours per week based on production needs, at a starting pay rate of $12.00 per hour.

The standard schedule typically works two to four days per week Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00am - 5:30pm or a Half-Shift option working from either 7:00am - noon or 12:30pm - 5:30pm.
