Summary of Position

This role will be responsible for providing analysis and reports related primarily to product pricing and sales. They will support the Management team with data analysis and reporting to help drive data-based strategies and decisions. This role will also be responsible for maintaining FS Depot’s overall pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness and alignment with the market.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain a robust suite of reports/analytics that uncover key insights/intelligence for management to utilize to help drive strategies and key decisions

  • Develop and maintain core reporting dashboards in the BI tool (Targit)

  • Assist in the weekly forecasting process to help the sales team achieve predictable revenue growth

  • Maintain the pricing matrix within ERP

  • Set up new pricing for newly created parts

  • Maintain parts pricing strategy to support sales efforts

  • Review pricing regularly to ensure parts are priced competitively within the applicable markets

  • Analyze, prepare and implement yearly price increases and adjustments

  • Provide detailed monthly parts margin analysis

  • Prepare monthly analysis and reports to support decision making and management reports

  • Manage remote data cleanliness and enrichment team and ongoing data initiatives

  • Monitor and audit data quality on a regular basis running reports and performing various data validation checks, appends, and other tasks as needed

  • Assist with territory planning and analysis and any other ad-hoc reports and visualizations as needed

  • Provide both ad-hoc and planned internal analytical support to various adjacent business units within the business group

  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related field required

  • Minimum of one to three years’ experience in a comparable position

  • Experience in heavy equipment/durable goods, parts and service desired

  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to solve complex problems involving a variety of issues

  • Exceptional analytical skill set Advanced proficiency of MS Office and BI Ability to quickly assess market issues and/or opportunities that lead to strategy development and action plan implementation to correct issues and/or seize business opportunities

  • Detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skill sets

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to follow through while maintaining high degrees of accuracy

  • Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment, in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
