Chassis Rental/Per Diem Specialist:

Chassis Rental/Per Diem Specialist is a critical position within the Forward Intermodal organization. This individual will be responsible for the accurate processing of chassis rental/per diem invoices from our specialized accounting system along with providing support to the Finance area on special projects.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

• Analyze complex billing transactions to create accurate client invoices

• Work with client teams in order to resolve problems and verify validity of Billing

• Process Per Diem and Chassis Rental invoices

• Review Service Contracts for Disputes

• Audit Intermodal Orders for Invoicing

• General Office Filing and Scanning

• Research questionable data and make recommendations to resolve issues

• Reconcile invoice discrepancies with team members, vendors or clients

• Perform on the job training to others and recommend process improvements.

• Take on individual contributor roles on projects and perform other associated duties as assigned

• Other duties as assigned by Manager
