Epiq has a growth opportunity on a fantastic Talent Acquisition Team. Epiq is looking for a talented, results-oriented, energetic, and passionate Corporate Recruiter.

The Corporate Recruiter will have primary responsibility for managing the full life cycle recruitment process across Domestic and International product lines.  This role acts in a consulting capacity with members of the Management Team and the Director of Human Resources to stay abreast of hiring needs and determine optimum recruitment methods to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool, with a focus on techno-functional and cultural fit.  Reporting to the Recruitment Client Delivery Manager in Talent Acquisition, the Corporate Recruiter is the subject matter expert proactively coordinating independent recruitment activities while adhering to the Talent Acquisition process, participating in job fairs and other company recruiting activities.

Must possesses considerable sourcing and interviewing skills and techniques, the ability to research market trends in staffing, and have a basic understanding of the Company's organizational structure and drive for successful results.
 
Job Responsibilities


  • Sourcing, recruiting and hiring activities related to Epiq's wide talent acquisition needs in multiple cities

  • Running a full life cycle recruiting process including the job posting process, candidate sourcing, interviewing and summarizing of candidate feedback and qualifications and soliciting feedback form business leaders as it relates to interviews

  • Use behavioral based interviewing to assess candidate competencies against established role criteria

  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and manage the overall interview process

  • Building effective partnerships with all levels of management across the business unit to create continuity and alignment around the recruiting and hiring process

  • Effective partnership with HR Directors supporting Business Process Solutions leadership to ensure alignment of broader business and organizational initiatives, business planning and management (e.g., compensation) and overall alignment with respect to candidate fit

  • Work under the direction of the Vice President of Talent Acquisition to establish best practices and measurement standards in order to ensure highest quality of recruitment, selection and retention of staff to meet the business needs

  • Team recruiting support for other lines of business as needed

Job Requirements:


  • 3 years of recruiting experience preferably a combination of agency and corporate recruiting

  • Strong professional recruiting network through the use of social media and market networking

  • Must have experience managing the full life cycle recruitment process in a fast paced environment

  • Proven track record prioritizing, managing time well, and working closely with leadership to quickly address staffing needs

  • Proven track record recruiting in a high-volume environment

  • Must be proficient with applicant tracking systems, compensation tools and resume databases

  • Must be knowledgeable with internet recruiting techniques

  • Outstanding follow-up skills with attention to detail

  • Self-starter with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multi-task in busy, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent at planning and organizing

  • Exhibit critical skill of relationship building and partnering with all levels of management

  • A desire to work in an environment where contribution is highly valued and respected

  • A bachelor’s degree; degree in human resources or a closely related-field a plus
