Show the abilities to perform these tasks in an unsupervised environment.
Assist with preventative maintenance in common areas and owner/guest rooms.
Manage and track maintenance requests. Utilize Company software when needed.
Perform pre-arrival checks of guest units, as needed and requested, to ensure everything is in working order.
Perform snow and ice removal, to ensure clear walkways, parking lots and easy access to The Grand Colorado.
Keep the shop, trash & storage area clean & organized. Assist with trash and recycling removal.
Assist with fire alarm incidents and building evacuations and handle fire alarm notifications.
Work with outside contractors to provide necessary improvements or maintenance as directed
Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal working order.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), following OSHA guidelines, for specific job tasks which require safety protection.
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays
Be comfortable working outside in extreme weather conditions
Job requires standing for long periods of time, frequent walking, reaching, climbing and good balance, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
