Pizza Associate require candidates to:
Prepare a variety of pizzas from scratch - hand tossed pizza, calzones, stromboli, breadsticks, garlic knots from recipes. Responsible for set up/tear down of brick pizza oven.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this position:
HSD or GED equilivant - Background/DT required
Prior food service experience; knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
