Join us as a Field Support Representative within the Ricoh Managed Services team. In this role, you will routinely travel between on-site customer locations in your assigned area and work with fellow team members to ensure that our customers receive top quality mailroom, print, reception and package delivery services. You will be cross trained in a variety of functions including mailroom, copy, print, small package delivery, hospitality, and reception.

Since members of the Managed Services team work directly within customer locations, Ricoh will rely upon you to represent our brand positively and professionally. Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years customer service or related experience

  • Copy or mailroom experience preferred

  • Experience using Microsoft Office

  • Exemplary verbal and digital communication skills

  • Skilled in learning new technologies

  • Adaptable; strong problem-solving abilities

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Reliable vehicle and active Drivers License


  • Use knowledge of daily operations and services (mail, copy, small package delivery, hospitality, etc.) to assist or fill in shifts within an assigned geographic area

  • Ensure proper functioning of mail processing, print and package delivery services

  • Supply, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

  • Be attentive to the needs of your customer and focused on providing next-level solutions

  • Perform tasks related to inventory and other like duties as needed

  • Monitor all equipment in a geographic area and provide necessary upkeep and maintenance

  • Fill in for the site leader as needed and complete required management activities such as assignment coordination, new service implementation, report compilation, new employee training and other duties as assigned
