Job Description:

As a Strategic Technical Solutions Consultant with detailed knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, you'll architect, guide, and validate solutions that allow our customers to successfully integrate and implement Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) into their existing technical landscape. With a strong track record of delivering Microsoft .NET solutions, ideally within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 banking environment, you will act as the internal and external technical leader to help deliver technical and business change to our customers. You will build technical customer relationships and act as the escalation point for any technical project implementation issues.


Accountabilities:


  • Lead the technical implementation of CLM into customer's target environment including system architecture, integration, consulting, and troubleshooting for customer integrations.

  • Work closely with the CLM Business Analyst to facilitate technical and business process discovery with customer teams to identify project risks and create technical design and integration documents.

  • Mentor and support customer technical teams as well as more junior CLM team members.

  • Optimise system performance, covering Database design, network communication limitations and External data feeds.

  • Ensure that all development is undertaken using current best practice techniques and in line with appropriate customer and CLM standards.

  • Coordinate and participate in level 2 support of CLM implementations.

  • Travel to client site may be necessary.





Qualifications:


  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • Travel: Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

  • Consultative Ability: Advanced-level consultative skills with the ability to collaborate and to explore options, to demonstrate and to effectively use active listening skills to understand client needs.

  • Client Service Orientation: Advanced-level ability to use data quality concepts and tools to effectively resolve client issues, while valuing client needs as high priority.

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Technical lead in solutions engineering, technical support, technical project management or application development. Ideally within AML, CDD, KYC arenas in a banking and Agile/Scrum environment.

  • Track record of delivering successful technology integration projects

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft .NET and database technologies; including C#, WPF, WCF, T-SQL.

  • Solid understanding of ORM, Dependency Injection, TDD, Continuous build and integration techniques, Design patterns, Mocking frameworks and Web services.

  • Excellent communicator, comfortable in both technical and business customer facing environments.
