Job Description:


Kforce has a client in search of a Benefits Coordinator in Boston, MA.

Key Tasks:

  • Responsible for open enrollment and retirement plans

  • Assist with benefit enrollment, claim issues and employee questions

  • Track employee benefit information

  • Distribute benefit packages to new employees

  • Perform benefit invoice reconciliations

  • Ensure systems are properly maintained and up to date

  • Handle COBRA administration

  • Work with insurance providers as needed

  • Educate employees on plans as needed

  • Perform ad hoc projects

  • Perform other job duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree is preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in benefits or employee benefit administration

  • Familiar with federal and state regulations related to employee benefit programs

  • Familiar with ACA, EEO and Census Reporting

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now Benefit Module is preferred

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills
