Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant in the greater Milwaukee, WI area. Our client is publicly traded within the technology industry. The candidate will be a Senior Accountant on the SEC financial reporting team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, 11-K, and other external reports for SEC filings


• Liaison between Corporate accounting, other business units and legal teams


• Work with external auditors


• Prepare analysis on quarterly reviews

REQUIREMENTS:

• CPA required


• 2-3 years of public accounting or public accounting/industry experience


• SEC Filings preferred
