RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a rapidly growing accounting advisory services firm headquartered in New York, NY, is seeking a Senior Associate/Manager that is experienced in Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Due Diligence, or Technical Accounting Advisory. If you like having significant impact on your organization and its clients, this is the job for you. This is a high impact, high executive exposure job.

Duties could include:

• Advise market-leading companies on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offering readiness, interim management and various technical accounting matters


• Assist with preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual financial statements and SEC filings


• Assist with developing financial models, forecasts and related analyses


• Assist with designing and implementing business process improvement


• Act as a liaison between clients and their auditors


• Manage engagements and build client relationships

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree from a top tier college or university; Master's degree is preferred


• Licensed CPA


• 2-8 years of experience with a top tier public accounting firm


• Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Securities and Exchange Commission financial reporting issues, and/or International Financial Reporting Standards


• Experience in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Technology and Manufacturing verticals
